Hello my name is Andy Baas, and in addition to being a salesman for Superior Groundcover, I am also a truck operator.  Being a blower truck operator is an important part of my job because it gives me a better understanding of our products and services, and allows me to be a knowledgeable salesman.  Trust me, every mulch install and playground resurface job is unique!  Being an operator also allows me to stay involved with the installation crews, ensuring that the job is always completed to the customer’s satisfaction.  I married my "high school sweetheart" six years ago and have been blessed with three children.  We are janitors at our church, and recently were involved in planning and chaperoning a denominational Young People’s Convention.  Some of my favorite leisure activities include spending time with my family, working outside on my yard, various water sports, and fishing.  Finding a customer with a lake nearby is always a bonus!

My name is Mike DeBoer, and I recently transitioned from mulch and playground sales to Filtrexx marketing.  While I continue to service my existing bark and playground customers as well as operate a blower truck, I am truly excited to be involved in the launch of our erosion control division.  I have enjoyed doing presentations and educational seminars at various engineering firms in the area, as well as learning as much as (and as quickly as) possible about the erosion control industry.  My “high school sweetheart” and I have been married for eight years, and we have three children.  We enjoy serving on various committees at church and school, camping as a family each summer, and yelling “Go Blue!” during football season.  I enjoy playing church league basketball and softball, as well as water skiing, fishing, and scuba diving.  Now that I am marketing Filtrexx, I have to decide if I am passionate enough about it to yell “Go Green!” occasionally!

I am Titus Kamps, salesman, blower truck operator, and owner of Superior Groundcover.  Our company has come a long way from the days of two operators and one Express Blower truck, and the past several years of growth have been enjoyable for me.  I still appreciate the joys of operating a truck in addition to running the business, and each spring I look forward to meeting the needs of many landscaping companies in Michigan.  On a personal note, my “high school sweetheart” and I recently celebrated our eleventh anniversary.  We have four children, and are actively involved with our church and school.  We enjoy camping as a family, and my hobbies include golf, scuba diving, fishing, hunting, hunting, and hunting.  Give me a call if you’re ever interested in swapping “the big one that got away” stories!

Greetings! My name is Jordan Dykstra, and I am a salesman and blower truck operator for Superior Groundcover Inc. My sales efforts are concentrated on implementing our Filtrexx products into the erosion control industry, and also working our way into the green roof industry and other roof top applications. It has been exciting watching Superior Groundcover Inc. grow from one truck to a fleet of six, and continually adding diverse applications along the way! As Spring is around the corner, I am excited to begin another season of operating a truck, and continue striving to exceed our clients' expectations! On a personal note, I have been married to my beautiful wife for close to 3 years, and have been blessed with one child. Together, we are involved with church functions and enjoy spending time with friends & family. A few of my hobbies include hunting, fishing, water & snow sports, and more hunting.
